Some time in the Middle Ages I promised mercuries ♥ (hi there! it's been such long time... :( ) a Dean/Cas fanmix because she's that awesome and took me up on my offer. This first mix is more or less set in s4; the first four songs are kinda character study like (and pre-Dean/Cas, therefore: sad, aww!), but after that, this mix doesn't take itself entirely seriously. :D

THIS IS A FUCKING DISASTER!

There are alternatives (Diigo, pinboard.in) but delicious pretty much is exactly what I want and need. It has the firefox plugin, tag bundles and-and! All my fic recs and art recs and meta stuff are there and I have hundreds of fics/art/blogs/private stuff/MY ENTIRE FUCKING ONLINE LIFE on my to-read/whatever list easily accessible with one click! *wails*

Balls. I got my delicious account only a year or so ago and now i don't know what to do without it. Someone, HOLD ME. D:

Well, I guess there are ways to export the bookmarks and I shall just be very very strong... *weeps* Is anyone else on delicious, anyway?

Previously on the Enterprise: Spock, troubled by his emotions, and struggling with an identity crisis, took off to Gol. This now is Jim being left behind and having to deal with it like everyone else. :/
Happy listening! (Or, in this case, don't be too sad! The Infirmary scene is coming around soon, promise!) God, while working on this I listened to the songs a lot, and had to look up fun stuff on the internet to cheer me up.

ST.TOS fanmix - Can't Have You (Have Control) [K/S, Spock POV]

A proud Vulcan, troubled by his emotions, is afraid to come too close to a young, ambitious Starfleet captian who's not quite ready to settle down just yet. God, I love how this is just plain classic tragedy: they're doomed from the start because they are who they are. They can't walk away from this, but neither can they be happy with each other (not at this time anyhow). This fanmix follows Spock from the end of their relationship to his departure back to Vulcan. The companion piece will be all about Jim being sad and left behind... :(

The only thing is, you see, I had that incredibly satisfying image of me making that ~~mountain~~ climbing wall my bitch, ALL BY MYSELF, but um. They need you to pair up with someone and if you don't have a climbing partner they pair you up with some random person who's not too busy at the moment. So now I can't help but picture movie!Scotty as my partner, trying to climb that damn wall, and failing miserably, so that I have to push him by the arse so he has at least some resemblance to success at climbing. o_O Or, you know, Spiderman. Which would make me feel dreadfully inadequate.

I'm wondering if one (or all! They have special prizes for groups) of you sexy MF's would like to join me in my new adventure? Or, you know, come along to point and laugh which one doesn't even have to pay for. :D

While I was trying to think of a subject line ("I've got a ship in the oven"?, "The Adventures of the USS Cookiedough"? WTF?) some weird-ass part of my brain imagined the Enterprise being transformed into cookie dough/a huuuge cookie and everybody's running around on wobbly, runny legs or legs that constantly break which Bones has to mend with sugar icing; the phasers also shoot icing ~~(which is weird 'cause what do they shoot when they're,you know, in private?)~~. HUH.

SORRY, chani_atreides and lischa, OUR BAKING DATE IS STILL SO ON!

Been using some of these for a while but never posted 'em. Sadly, what with work WHICH IS IMPORTANT AND SRS BSNS and RL playing up I hardly ever get around to doing the things I feel are important in that weird little place I call My World. Sadface. Anyway, TOS and Reboot icons and a couple Torchwood:CoE icons as a little bonus.

Also, YAY icon table! Never figured how neat these little buggers are. Though, copy/pasting it from Dreamweaver into my eljay client makes the client go, huh? Must find more practical way.
