well, i think he actually mustn't go back since he can't revive their happy teens and - i read it in a fic i think, timelords know how to bend time and in which direction - seeing the master again would be less bending time, and more snapping it.

wasn't he just?!? (and btw i love torchwood for not wasting time with stupid explanations as to why he *needs* to get into there!) and you can see that he was soo close to actually kissing jack (CHEMISTRY?? That's how it's done!! i'm headdesking so hard right now), and when he turns around you can see him struggling not to cry. poor, poor ianto, everyone wants your body, dead or alive. i wonder how far he would've gone to get into torchwood?
