yes, but where would they live? clearly, the master was insane in a rather unhealthy way; and he wasn't bothered much about it. i think he made the right choice by not regenerating. the doctor wouldn't have let him go and evidently the master didn't wanted to kill him; so would've have to live with him inside the tardis for eternity, and he didn't strike me as *that* domestic. (although, the vast possibilities of domestic!doctor/master..) btw, are we talking about the doctor or rtd?
