a dog's breakfast - directed by david hewlett, as well as story and screenplay.
patrick (david hewlett) can't get quite used to the idea of his little sis (kate hewlett) getting married. especially not to the guy who's playing a sci-fi hero in a tight black shirt with cut-off sleeves ( paul mcgillion!!) that sweet-barks atteyla his favorite space chick (rachel luttrel). when he believes to have overheard a plan to kill her he takes it upon himself to save her; getting into more trouble by the minute and having on top of it to deal with a less than grateful sister.
nothing says more welcome than giant green hands, ready to grab and embrace.

ohmygawd! people? space monkeys? WHALES?

one just has to think it through. clear-headed and analytically.

nothing to hide yet, dear. (but do get prepared for the distant possibility of having to stand up in your bathtub while there's a camera directed at you. you never know...)
SQUEEEEEEEEEEEE! there we go. (that was the duck, btw.) how much exactly does fit behind a duck?

whoosh! there he went, out of the window. looks just like a lost puppy, and doesn't know what to do. look at his feetsies. go on, look!

oh, paul mcgillion, you won my heart.

"wh-what?" yeah, that's what i thought too. at first.

"...and the spacial disturbance of this particular space-time continuum, created by our subconciousness..."

"...will inadvertently pull us back into the underlying fraction of the loop-sided multi-dimensional stellar formation."

"shall we get something to eat, then?"

just for the omgsrslywtf?

rawr. tough detective routine!

themckay hewlett siblings marilyn and patrick.

Date: 2008-05-25 10:10 am (UTC)but, you know, that would take tiiiiiiiime... to take the picture, upload it, and to link it back and my compi is so very slowwwww.
Can I squish him now?
sure thing. wonder what his face would look like after some squishing... more expressive? less?
you're quite welcome!

Date: 2008-05-25 09:17 pm (UTC)though that ducks sounds really awesomeI know how you feel, I just watched a movie with a gay detective and it was so awesome and adorable. I want to make a recap for everyone, because omg every time his boyfriend kissed he practically glowed and then he was being hardcore with the suspects! *dies* But yeah, capping, uploading and thinking up intelligent commentary beyond OMG SQUEE is so exhausting ):
Would more expressive even be possible? *wonders*
